The T.E.A.L.® Litchfield Walk was started by Lisa Cosgrove and Hope Assembly #46, International Order of Rainbow for Girls as part of the T.E.A.L.® Walk Program, which was started by two sisters in 2009. It celebrates the courage of ovarian cancer survivors and the strength of the families who’ve been touched by the disease, while spreading awareness to the public and raising money for research. This annual event takes place every September during National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month in Litchfield, Connecticut, and other locations across the USA!
